a six-minute, 4-channel soundscape where sounds come to life, interact with one another, forming a world weaved by interdependence.

The piece was composed using a variety of programs, including, Cloud Generator, Pulsar Generator, Soundhack, and the Upic system at CCMIX. Both granular synthesis and DSP manipulations of a jaw harp and a bottle of water were used as sound source material.

As these different sounds, these different life forms, begin to interact with each other, slowly what is first perceived as a simple ecosystem becomes a living organism in itself, every little creature adding to the existence of the whole. The numerous selves oscillate between unity and dispersion, attaining and losing a delicate balance, showing the constant flux of energy that exists in nature.
